KUALA LUMPUR - If you are fans of Malaysian indie music, you should listen to this album as it is a group of 17 indie bands and Malaysian artists including Bittersweet, Hujan, Yuna, One Buck Short, Couple, and many more songs that have been sung and written by Allahyarham Tan Sri P.Ramlee as a token of honor.
This compilation album was released on April 20, 2011, led by Adli Syairi Ramli and his assistant Ili Farhana and is also part of the Dimana Kan Ku Cari Ganti: Satu Indiepretasi campaign organized by Astro.
This album project was successfully completed by art and design by Rewan Isaac at Flux Visual Lab, digital content provider by Digital Trinity Entertaiment, Physical Distribution by Laguna Music and Physical CD project manager by Jeremy Little.
One of the most popular P.Ramlee songs sung by the Malaysian indie rock band is Hujan, whose song is Tunggu Sekejap. The majority of people love the way they cover the songs because the sad guitar playing at the beginning of the song, sad and melodious song from Noh Salleh, vocalist for the Hujan band.
The song of Menceceh Bujang Lapok has also received high and positive feedback from listeners as the Couple made a genre conversion to power pop and the way of their vocalist singing who is Adi has not disappointed listeners. Bittersweet also sung the songs very amazing and also got a highest and positive comments from listeners.
