A former Los Angeles Lakers Player, Kobe Bryant, 41, and his daughter Gianna Bryant, 13, died in a helicopter crash near Calabasas, California on Sunday during their way to the youth basketball tournament.
Among the passengers on board the plane, Bryant was. Nine people died in the crash including the pilot, the Los Angeles County sheriff Alex Villanueva said during a news conference.
John Altobelli, a long-time baseball coach at Orange Coast College, a junior college in Costa Mesa, was among the other victims of the accident as well as Altobelli's aunt, Keri, and daughter Alyssa.
