The Ping-Pong Championship Serves As A Bond Between Students And Staff

BESTARI JAYA - The Ping-pong Championship Between University of Selangor Departments were held to foster friendships between students and staff of the three departments in Faculty Communication Visual Art and Computing (FCVAC), the communications department, the visual arts department and the computer department.

The ping-pong championship was attended by 30 students and staff from the three departments, which ran for three consecutive days starting with the men's and women's, men's and women's doubles and men's doubles and the last round of the final day.

The ping-pong championship was organized by students from the Interpersonal Communication class consisting of visual arts and communication students, with 17 members responsible for organizing the ping-pong tournament.

According to the head organizer of the ping-pong tournament, Nazrul Hisham, it was held under the interpersonal communication class and they held the ping-pong tournament because it was one of the tasks given.

"This is a great task given by our lecturers under the subject of interpersonal communication and the 17 students in this class comprised of communication and visual arts students in making this ping-pong championship a success.

"The ping-pong championship has been held for three days in a row starting with the individual ping-pong championship, doubles the next day and the last day being the final round, he said".

The tournament was attended by the deputy dean of Faculty Communication Visual Art and Computing (CVAC), Affendi Md Shas Md Khaled for the opening and closing, which was also attended by students and lecturers from three departments in the FCVAC.
